Portal Overview
Overview
The Velixo Portal is a web-based application for managing organization-wide Velixo settings and shared ERP connections. Administrators can use the Portal to control user access, configure security options, and manage distribution lists. The Portal also includes a template gallery, making it easy to find and download report templates. These features are available to all Velixo NX subscribers, with specific advanced options requiring additional licensing or admin privileges.
To set up your company account on Velixo Portal, please reach out to Velixo support or your manager.
The sections below describe functionalities available across individual sections of the Velixo Portal.
Roles
There are three possible user roles in the Velixo Portal, each with its specific permission scope:

Personalized area where users can view their account information and access templates relevant to their work.

Account details view
Personalized area where users can view their account information and access templates relevant to their work.
In the Account roles section, you can see the roles ascribed to your Velixo account.
Below, in the Features section, you can adjust switches for individual Velixo features for your account. The available settings are On, Off, or Auto.
You can use this section to enable new features in Public Preview.
Templates
This section provides access to the template gallery, allowing users to browse, preview, and download report templates. The templates you can access are dependent on your Velixo license permissions.
Each template banner includes a Download button and a link to an article in the Velixo Help Center that documents the template.
As the URL in the address bar is updated upon filtering, you can easily bookmark your filtered views.

Global settings
Central location for configuring organization-wide Velixo Portal settings and managing shared resources.
Organizations
This view is only available for admins who are part of more than one organization.
Shows all organizations the user is part of, with options to manage organization-specific settings and memberships.

For each organization, admins can adjust the following settings (based on their permissions):
Edit the organization name
Add and remove Tenant admins
Manage ERP Tenants
Globally adjust feature switches for individual Velixo features for organization members. The available settings are
On,Off, orAuto(accounts at the specified domain are considered organization members).
Personal feature settings override organization settings. This allows users, such as a CFO or security officers, to experiment with individual features.

Organization settings
Section for configuring settings specific to each organization, such as security policies and connection details.
Organization details
Allows admins to see details of their organization, including lists of admins, ERP tenants and features.

ERP tenants
This view is only available for admins who are part of more than one tenant.
Displays a list of active ERP tenants (and inactive after checking the Show inactive tenants box) within the organization.

Organization admins can add, remove, or modify Tenants in the organization.
To make a connection to a tenant available to other users via the Cloud Connections functionality, check the Shared connection box and add an alias.
