Velixo NX does not appear in Excel after installation (migrating from Velixo Classic)

Applies to Excel for Windows (desktop) only.

Overview

Velixo Classic and Velixo NX are both installed on your machine, but the Velixo NX button or the Velixo NX Excel ribbon tab do not appear in Excel.

When both Velixo NX and Velixo Classic are installed, all functionality is delegated to Velixo Classic and Velixo NX cannot be started.

You can continue using Velixo Classic as normal. To use Velixo NX and its functionalities, uninstall Velixo Classic.

It is only possible to establish a connection to non-Acumatica ERPs in Velixo NX. Velixo Classic needs to be uninstalled to enable such connections.
