Files created or updated in Velixo NX open in Velixo Classic

Overview

Velixo Classic and Velixo NX are both installed on your machine. When opening a file created or updated using Velixo NX, Velixo Classic connects to the Acumatica connection, and Velixo NX cannot be started.

Cause

When both Velixo NX and Velixo Classic are installed, all functionality is delegated to Velixo Classic.

Resolution

You can continue using Velixo Classic as normal. To use Velixo NX and its functionalities, uninstall Velixo Classic.

It is only possible to establish a connection to non-Acumatica ERPs in Velixo NX. Velixo Classic needs to be uninstalled to enable such connections.
