What you can do with Velixo Intelligence
Velixo Intelligence is built around specialized capabilities that work together behind the scenes (so you can focus on outcomes, not “which AI mode to pick”):
Get guidance and answers
Use it when you need quick, actionable help, for example:
-
“How do I build a query that returns invoices by vendor?”
-
“What does this function argument do?”
-
“Why is this query returning an error?”
Analyze values in your worksheet
Use it to interpret and explain what’s happening in your report or a selected range, for example:
-
“What changed month-over-month in this section?”
-
“Explain this variance vs budget.”
-
“Anything unusual in these results?”
Build formulas and queries faster
Use it to accelerate report creation and reduce time spent on trial-and-error, for example:
-
“Create a formula in A1 that pulls all GL transactions for this period.”
-
“Write a query that returns all columns from the Customers object filtered to Status 'A' and that were last modified between 2019-01-01 and 2019-12-31.”

Best practices
-
Ask with context: include ERP/module, period, company, and what you expect vs what you see.
-
Start from the smallest “unit of work”: e.g., analyze a selected range first, then ask for follow-up drilldown logic.
