What you can do with Velixo Intelligence

Velixo Intelligence is built around specialized capabilities that work together behind the scenes (so you can focus on outcomes, not “which AI mode to pick”):

Get guidance and answers

Use it when you need quick, actionable help, for example:

Build formulas and queries faster

Use it to accelerate report creation and reduce time spent on trial-and-error, for example:

  • “Create a formula in A1 that pulls all GL transactions for this period.”

  • “Write a query that returns all columns from the Customers object filtered to Status 'A' and that were last modified between 2019-01-01 and 2019-12-31.”

Create data tables

Ask Velixo Intelligence to create and modify data tables, for example:

  • create a data table with headers, data rows, and a default style in a specified cell;

  • sort a table by one or more columns, ascending or descending;

  • add a totals row with per-column calculations (sum, average, count, etc.);

  • rename a table;

  • update an existing table by name (sort, totals, rename) without recreating it;

  • delete one or more tables by name; silently skips non-existent tables;

  • freeze the first N rows, first N columns (or both simultaneously), unfreeze panes;

  • group rows and/or columns (collapsible outline groups);

  • set explicit row heights and column widths.

Best practices

  • Ask with context: include ERP/module, period, company, and what you expect vs what you see.

  • Start from the smallest “unit of work”: e.g., analyze a selected range first, then ask for follow-up drilldown logic.
