Symptom
When installing the Velixo add-in, the following message is displayed:

The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2349
Cause
In some organizations' environments, the Velixo installer's (more helpful) error messages can be blocked and a more generic Windows Installer message (such as this one) may appear.
Error 2349 can occur when Excel is left open while attempting to install Velixo.
Resolution
Close Excel and then run the Velixo installer program.
