The Velixo Intelligence customization is missing or out of date

Symptom

When you ask a question through the Velixo AI Gateway, Velixo reports that the Velixo Intelligence customization is missing or out of date, and tells your administrator to publish it on the Customization Projects form (SM204505). When you save the connection in the Velixo Portal, you also see a warning that the package is missing or out of date.

Cause

The AI Gateway needs the VelixoIntelligence customization package, version 2026.9 or later, on your Acumatica instance. It isn’t published, an older version is published, or only the VelixoCore package is published.

Resolution

  1. Ask your Acumatica administrator to publish the VelixoIntelligence package, version 2026.9 or later, as described in Installing and updating the Velixo customization package. During the Private Preview, the package is available on request from your Velixo customer success manager.
