Description
While doing a journal writeback (GL writeback), the Velixo NX side pane displays the following error message - Velixo couldn't reach any of its web service endpoints. Those endpoints are typically installed together with the Velixo customization package. Please contact your ERP administrator to resolve the issue:
Cause
Velixo NX currently cannot use screen-based API (as opposed to Velixo Classic) for GL transactions and needs an endpoint that is only set up by the Velixo customization.
Solution
Velixo customization package should be imported to the Acumatica instance and published to work with Journal Writeback functionality. See this KB article - Installing the Customization Package for Acumatica-based ERPs.
Two Velixo endpoints (18.200.001, 20.200.00) will appear on the Web Service Endpoints screen (SM2070PL) after publishing the customization.
