Error: The Save button is disabled during Journal/Budget Writeback

When using the Journal or Budget Writeback feature, you may receive an error message indicating that the Save button is disabled.

This problem occurs because the current user does not have permission to save on the current screen.

To resolve this problem, adjust the permissions of the user and confirm that the user is able to perform save from the web browser.
