Message: None of the connections are licensed to use the feature

Overview

When trying to execute a Velixo function, you get a message similar to the one below within the Velixo NX Connection Manager. Your VAR Partner has no issue executing any functions for the same connection.

Causes

You are using a restricted customer license, which limits access to certain Velixo features. VAR Partner licenses are not restricted, allowing the use of all functions.

Resolution

To access certain Velixo features not covered by your current license (for instance, Universal/General Writeback), reach out to your VAR Partner to discuss upgrading your license or fill out the upgrade form.
