Overview

When trying to connect to an ERP instance as a customer prior to signing a Velixo contract, you will get the message below within the Velixo NX Connection Manager. Your VAR Partner has no issue connecting to the same ERP instance.

Causes

This error results from the difference between VAR Partner and Customer licenses. Unlike VAR Partner licenses, Customer licenses allow for connections to specific ERP instances only. These licenses are automatically issued when contracts with Velixo are signed or renewed and determine the list of ERP instances to which you can connect.

Resolution

To resolve the connection limitation, contact your VAR Partner to sign or renew your Velixo Customer contract, or reach out to us using the contact form.

Alternatively, to connect to an ERP instance prior to signing a client contract, request a trial license by following this guide or by clicking the OK button in the message pop-up and following the registration process. Doing so will instantly grant a trial license that is valid for 15 days.
