Description
Velixo reports can typically be opened for viewing by any Excel user (even those who do not have Velixo installed).
HOWEVER, if Velixo is not installed, as soon as a change is made to the workbook, Excel will recalculate and will display #NAME? in any cell containing a Velixo function.
Similarly, if a report includes any of Excel's volatile functions [ such as =TODAY() ], Excel always recalculates the workbook as soon as it is opened (presenting the same #NAME? issue).
Solution
Sharable copies of your Velixo workbooks can easily be created to avoid this issue. Please see our article on Sharing Reports with non-Velixo Users.
