PROJECTBEGINNINGQUANTITY

Overview

The PROJECTBEGINNINGQUANTITY function calculates (for a specific financial period) the beginning quantity of one or more project(s) and task(s) containing Inventory Item information.

Syntax

Arguments

The PROJECTBEGINNINGQUANTITY function has the following arguments (See our article on Filtering Velixo functions).

AsOfPeriod

Required

Financial period in the format MM-YYYY

Branch

Optional

The Branch(es) to include

Requires Acumatica or MYOB Acumatica 2019 or later; in earlier versions, this argument must be left blank

UseMasterFinancialCalendar

Optional

Use Acumatica's Master Financial Calendar instead of the financial calendar defined within the specific tenant associated with the connection being accessed (this can be useful for consolidation reports).

Possible values:

  • TRUE

  • FALSE (default)

Description:

Calculates the number of hours of Labor for project TMR03 as of the start of January 2017.

Result

240

The results of the PROJECTBEGINNINGQUANTITY function intentionally exclude data from project transactions which do not include an InventoryID.
