• You can now skip the ConnectionName argument for the majority of Velixo NX functions to get results for all compatible connections. The behavior of formulas that use a single connection name in the ConnectionName argument will remain unchanged. (RD-6404)

• Velixo presents a set of four new functions that enable you to query any table in Business Central and not just OData API objects:

  • BC.EXPANDTABLERANGE - retrieves a list of all available tables. (RD-7219)

  • BC.TABLEDEFINITION - returns field names and data types for a given table. (RD-7220)

  • BC.QUERYTABLE - returns data from a specified table (requires the Velixo Business Central extension version 2025.12.311.23105 or newer). (RD-7218)

  • BC.QUERYTABLEFILTER - produces filters ready to use with the BC.TABLEQUERY function. (RD-7217)

✨ Improved

• Using Velixo formulas with more than one connection is now out of Preview.

  • Using multiple connections in your Velixo formulas has become more natural and intuitive. Velixo tries to pick the most reasonable default aggregation mode, even if you don't specify one. For the full list of default values, see the Multiple connections per formula article. (RD-7186 )

  • You can now select three new aggregation modes:

    • ensure-identical - only returns values that are identical for all connections. (RD-7180)

    • first - returns the first available value for any of the connections. (RD-7179)

    • set - returns all unique, sorted values. (RD-7178)

  • With AggregationMode set to stack-horizontally or stack-vertically, the connection names are returned for each row/column of the result set. (RD-7177)

• After initiating a Drilldown, you can now cancel it using a button in the Velixo status indicator. (RD-5819)

  

• The new UseReportingCurrency argument returns values in the reporting currency when set to TRUE (requires the Velixo Business Central extension version 2025.12.311.23105 or newer). Available for the following Velixo functions:

  • BC.DEBITS

  • BC.CREDITS

  • BC.OPENINGBALANCE

  • BC.CLOSINGBALANCE

  • BC.TURNOVER

  • BC.BUDGETTURNOVER

• Dimension codes and values retrieved by BC.QUERY formulas can now be returned in respective columns instead of a single line. (RD-6392
