Where to find Project balances within Acumatica, CEGID, MYOB, etc.

Overview

Velixo includes multiple functions for accessing Project Module data.


Sometimes it can be convenient to know where the data resides within the ERP.


Here are several of the Velixo functions and where to find the data within the ERP.




Balances Data 

To find the project data:

  1. Launch the ERP
  2. Navigate to Projects
  3. Select the specific project
  4. Navigate to the Balances tab


Here is where data for these eight Velixo Project "amount" functions resides:



PROJECTENDINGAMOUNT 

Returns the data that is displayed in the Acutal Amount column of the balances.


PROJECTBUDGETAMOUNT 

Returns the data displayed in the Original Budgeted Amount column.


PROJECTREVISEDBUDGETAMOUNT 

Returns the data displayed in the Revised Budgeted Amount column.


PROJECTREVISEDCOMMITTEDAMOUNT 

Returns the data displayed in the Revised Committed Amount column.


PROJECTCHANGEORDERAMOUNT 

Returns the data displayed in the Budgeted CO Amount column.


PROJECTCOMMITTEDAMOUNT 

Returns the data displayed in the Original Committed Amount column.


PROJECTCOMMITTEDINVOICEDAMOUNT 

Returns the data displayed in the Committed Invoiced Amount column.


PROJECTCOMMITTEDOPENAMOUNT 

Returns the data displayed in the Committed Open Amount column.




Revenue Budget Data 

To find the project data:

  1. Launch the ERP
  2. Navigate to Projects
  3. Select the specific project
  4. Navigate to the Revenue Budget tab


PROJECTPENDINGINVOICEAMOUNT 

Returns the data displayed in the Pending Invoice Amount column.



Cost Budget Data 

To find the project data:

  1. Launch the ERP
  2. Navigate to Projects
  3. Select the specific project
  4. Navigate to the Cost Budget tab


PROJECTCOSTATCOMPLETION

Returns the summary of the Cost at Completion column values.
