We are happy to announce the introduction of Centralized connections.
ERP connections can now be created and managed in the Connections menu in Velixo Portal:

shared as a template where each user signs in with their own credentials,
-
as a fully shared connection with credentials managed by admins,
-
as a private connection.
Credentials are held in secure, encrypted storage, never exposed to users, and refreshed automatically.
To toggle Centralized connections on or off, head to Global settings → My organization → Features (organization-wide, admin-only).

Velixo Intelligence now routes your requests to the right agent far more consistently, so you get the capability you asked for. Measured routing accuracy improved from 96.2% to 99.6%. (RD-11611, RD-9758, RD-11482)

Adjusting a filter on a table Velixo Intelligence created now updates that table instead of adding another one alongside it. (RD-10639)

Long conversations now have more headroom before reaching a request size limit, and a request that is genuinely too large produces an explanatory message rather than a generic error. (RD-12471)
