Asynchronous Data Retrieval - Sage Intacct

Overview

Velixo NX supports "Asynchronous" retrieval of account balances for large companies who may experience ERP timeouts when retrieving account balances.

To enable asynchronous retrieval, select Options from the Velixo NX ribbon, expand the Options for large Sage Intacct databases section in the Velixo side panel, and check the box for Use asynchronous data retrieval:

This option may increase the report refresh time but is guaranteed not to cause timeouts.

By default, Velixo NX will continue to use "synchronous" balances: we only recommend enabling asynchronous if you have an issue with your ERP timing out during refresh.
