How to provide feedback?

Providing feedback to Velixo
Providing feedback is an essential part of our Vendor-Customer relationship, we strive to improve our services and products in order to better serve You and our Community.
To this extent, we created several facilities depending on your type of feedback:
- For Appreciation feedback
- You may provide it publicly by writing us a review on G2 Crowd, so that it can benefit others when they review software like Velixo. This may help them make the best decision for their business, and this grows our community.
- You may also directly community your feedback with the Velixo staff you interact with
- or Submit a ticket , flagged as a low priority (and even if we appreciate it :)
- For Services feedback, such as: training, support and consulting services, you may let us know about your experience by using the Submit a ticket option.
- For ideas or product requests (e.g. "I would love to see this new function..", "how about changing this to...") you may:
- search the Idea forums forum of our Community portal (or Forums) at help.velixo.com > Forums - look for our Idea / Product requests forums
- add your vote and/or leave a comment on existing Ideas, in order to better raise this requirement, or
- if your idea is new, simply create a new Idea topic with as much detail as possible.
We constantly monitor and moderate those channels, so please be sure your feedback always get our full attention.
