The SI.EXPANDITEMRANGE function returns an array containing one or more Sage Intacct Item IDs (based on the specified range).

Syntax

SI.EXPANDITEMRANGE(ConnectionName, Range, IncludeInactive)

 

The SI. EXPANDITEMRANGE function uses the following parameters:


Parameter

Required/ Optional

Description

ConnectionName

Required

The name of the connection as configured in the Connection Manager

Range

Optional

A range filtering specifying the Item IDs to be displayed. See Filtering Velixo Functions.

IncludeInactive

Optional

True (default) or False

Determines whether or not to include entries with a Status field set to Inactive in the results.

(available in version 2023.8 and higher)

 

Examples

 

Assuming the following configuration within Sage Intacct:

 

 

Example 1

=SI.EXPANDITEMRANGE("Sage")
or
=SI.EXPANDITEMRANGE("Sage","*")

Description

Returns all Item IDs.

Example 2

=SI.EXPANDITEMRANGE("Sage","*;-60???")

Description

Returns all Item IDs expect those that are 5-digits long and start the 60

Example 3

=SI.EXPANDITEMRANGE("Sage","1005:1010;60000:60300)

Description

Returns all Item IDs between 1005 and 1010 (inclusive) and between 60000 and 60300 (inclusive).

Example 4

 

Assuming the following configuration within Sage Intacct:

 

=SI.EXPANDITEMRANGE("Sage",,FALSE)

Description

Returns all active Item IDs defined within Sage Intacct.

(note that inactive item 60200 is not included)
