Acumatica 2025R2 crashes when connecting to Velixo NX

Overview

While Velixo NX is connecting, the Acumatica 2025R2 instance crashes and restarts.

Cause

When Velixo connects, it pre-loads Query Builder-related data, which in specific circumstances can force the Acumatica site to restart.

Acumatica is investigating this issue and will be delivering an update containing a fix.

Workaround

Until the fix is delivered, you can work around the issue by enabling the Disable DAC Browser warmup feature switch.

This workaround can slow down Query Builder loads and make metadata-related operations generally less responsive.

Per-user feature switch

  1. Log in to Velixo Portal and go to Account details → Features.

  2. Find the Disable DAC Browser warmup feature switch and set it to Enabled.

Organization-wide feature switch

Instructions in this section require admin privileges.

  1. Log into Velixo Portal and go to Organization settings → Features.

  2. Find the Disable DAC Browser warmup feature switch and set it to Enabled.
