PROJECTTURNOVERAMOUNT function

Description

The PROJECTTURNOVERAMOUNT function calculates the turnover amount of one or more project(s) and task(s) over a given period.

Syntax

PROJECTTURNOVERAMOUNT(Connection, Project, Task, AccountGroup, CostCode,  InventoryItem, FromPeriod, ToPeriod, Branch, UseProjectCurrency, UseMasterFinancialCalendar)

Parameters

The PROJECTTURNOVERAMOUNT function uses the following parameters (see our article on Filtering Velixo functions):

Parameter	Required/Optional	Description
Connection	Required	The name of the connection as configured in the Connection Manager
Project	Required	The Project(s) to include
Task	Optional	The Task(s) to include
AccountGroup	Optional	The Account Group(s) to include
CostCode	Optional	The Cost Code(s) to include
InventoryItem	Optional	The Inventory Item(s) to include
FromPeriod	Required	Starting Financial Period in MM-YYYY format
ToPeriod	Required	Ending Financial Period in MM-YYYY format
Branch	Optional	The IDs of the Branches to include
UseProjectCurrency	Optional	TRUE/FALSE value indicating if the amount should be returned in the project's currency (default = FALSE)
UseMasterFinancial Calendar	Optional	Use Acumatica's Master Financial Calendar instead of the financial calendar defined within the specific tenant associated with the connection being accessed (this can be useful for consolidation reports). Possible values: True False (default)

Examples

Example 1

=PROJECTTURNOVERAMOUNT("ACE","TMR03","301 JRCONS","LABOR",,,"01-2017","12-2017", , TRUE)

Description

Calculates the total cost of Labor for task 301 JRCONS in project TMR03 during the year 2017 and returns the value in the project's defined currency.

Result

500

(the total for the Amount field values in the ERP add up to 500)

Example 2

Assuming this data on the Project Transaction Detail page of the ERP:

(the total for the Amount field values add up to 1,920)

Description

Calculates the total cost of Labor associated with cost code 01-313 for task 01 in project 1002HOTEL during period 4 of year 2020.
