Does the journal writeback function have a parameter that supports information in the Doc field on Intacct journal entries?

The available fields for Journal Writeback are Account, Memo, Debit, Credit, Currency, Billable, Allocation, Location, Tax details, and Tax amount. In addition, values for Sage Intacct's pre-defined dimensions (Department, Project, Task, Cost type, Customer, Vendor, Employee, Item, Class, Contract) can also be specified.
If there is a screen-based Sage Intacct Object which contains the Doc field (as well as all other fields necessary), it might be possible to use that object with the Universal Writeback feature to then create the same entries.

Hi Terry,
As mentioned by Harry, this is not a field that can be defined using the built-in SI.WRITEBACKJOURNAL function. If it is important for you, I can work with our development team to add the necessary support for it, that's a relatively simple enhancement for us.
Could you give me an example of how you use this field? I went through our Sage demonstration environment and it doesn't seem to be used at all in their sample data.

I was referring to the Doc field on the line items, not an attachment.
The current Sage Intacct API does not support the ability to create an attachment in a journal entry. At this point in time, that is not an available feature.
