Th AC-IN-RT2 Inventory On-hand report template offers a clear and concise overview of inventory quantities across all branches and warehouses, helping users track stock levels and ensure efficient inventory management.
Coverage
This workbook includes the following sheets:
- Inventory on hand: provides a snapshot of current inventory quantities across all branches and warehouses.
- Options: the report's settings sheet that used for data validation lists and various lookups and configurations.
- Information: the information sheet of the report, used for storing useful details about the report such as: code, version, article link in order to keep track of the origin of the report.

Documentation
Using the AC-IN-RT2 Inventory On-hand template is simple and efficient. It’s designed to give a clear view of inventory levels with minimal setup required.
Filters
Located in the upper left of the sheet, the filters include:
- Branch: lists all the Branches present in Acumatica Instance including any custom group defined in the options sheet. For ease of use, Velixo shows you the Branch ID that you may be familiar with along with the Branch name. This Display name is configurable in the Options sheet.
- Warehouse: lists all the warehouses setup in Acumatica
- As of: a period or date field. If left blank, this will default to current date.
These filters are seamlessly linked to the data on the Options tab.
Data table
For convenience, all essential information is consolidated into a single summary table. This allows users to easily view the data, categorized by ins and outs, for better clarity and decision-making.
The following columns contain key information related to the inventory:
- Period ID: indicates the reporting period for the inventory data.
- Inventory ID: displays the unique identifier for each inventory item.
- Status: shows the current status of the inventory, such as active or inactive.
- Description: provides a brief description of the inventory item.
- Warehouse: specifies the warehouse where the inventory is stored.
- Branch: identifies the branch associated with the inventory item.
The following columns show the quantity details by Inventory ID, Warehouse, and Branch:
- Beginning Qty: the starting quantity at the beginning of the period.
- Issued: the quantity issued or taken out from inventory.
- Received: the quantity received into inventory.
- Sales: the quantity sold during the period.
- Credit memo: adjustments made to inventory due to credit memos.
- Dropship sales: quantity sold directly via dropshipping.
- Transfer In: inventory transferred into the location or branch.
- Transfer Out: inventory transferred out to another location or branch.
- Assembly In: quantity added through assembly processes.
- Assembly Out: quantity used in assembly processes.
- Adjustment: adjustments made to inventory due to discrepancies or corrections.
- Qty sold still in Inventory: items sold but still physically present in inventory.
- Available Qty: the current quantity available for use or sale.
User Guide
Using the report
Now that we've covered the report overview, let's dive into a step-by-step guide on effectively utilizing the report.
- Set the Connection Name on the Options Sheet: crucial for all processes, set the Connection Name on the Options sheet by updating cell A2. Ensure it matches the name used during Velixo application login.
- Update the Options Sheet: as the foundation for filters on the inventory on-hand sheet, keep the Options sheet up to date. It should always and automatically capture the latest dimensions and structures from your Acumatica instance.
- Choose Desired Filters: after updating the Options sheet, go to the Inventory on-hand sheet select desired filters for the report:
- Branch
- Warehouse
- As of
- Changing the filters will automatically update the report.
