• Brand-new Refresh experience that lets you select the scope of your Velixo NX data refresh: current worksheet only, entire workbook, or all open workbooks. (#4975)
  • By default, all options are “Smart Refresh” – to replicate the old “Full Refresh” behavior, use the new “Clear Cache” button on the ribbon and then invoke refresh again.

Writeback

• Improved guidance in case the ERP returns a non-descriptive empty error during the Universal Writeback (also known as generic Writeback) process. (#4994)
• Velixo will provide better “partial success” feedback for writeback operations that result in errors but also partially upload / update the records. (#4927)

UX

• In the “Formulas to review” section of the Status panel, some of the errors now carry a clickable link that navigates the user to a troubleshooting article. (#4960)
• Improved the style of data tables mirrored from GI and TOTABLE functions. (#5045)
• Velixo NX will not load anymore when Velixo Classic is installed – even the Vx ribbon button is not going to be shown. (#5068)

Connection

• Connections for ERPs based on Acumatica, such as MYOB Advanced, JAMIS Prime, or CEGID XRP Flex, did not show up when opening the file in Velixo Classic. (#5137)

Calculation

• When the “Refresh data when opening the file” option was enabled, Velixo NX (in rare cases) misinterpreted that option as “Return zero value… when identifier is not found”. (#5130)
• Improved the overall reliability and stability of the experimental rollups algorithm for GL balances (opt-in only in the advanced options section). (#4983, #5044, #5090, #5178)

Drill-down

• “Manual calculation mode error” could sporadically be seen when drilling down into a separate workbook. (#4977)
• In some cases where drill-down failed, empty drill-down sheets were added to the resulting workbook. (#5077)

Writeback

• “Writeback in progress” message could get stuck in the UI in case the workbook contained volatile formulas or errored-out cells. (#4637)
