Preventing Velixo NX installation in your organisation

In certain cases, you may want to prevent Velixo NX from being installed for users in your organisation (for example, when your entire org uses Windows and depends on Velixo Classic-only functionality like Reports Distribution).

First, go to Microsoft 365 Admin Centre. In the side panel, click "Show all":

Then go to "Settings -> Org settings" and, in the main area, scroll down to "User-owned apps and services":

Finally, uncheck the checkbox allowing the users to install add-ins from the Office store, which includes Velixo NX, and click Save.

After disabling user-initiated installations, if you need to centrally deploy any other add-in from the Microsoft Store, you can use centralised deployment from the Admin Centre's Integrated Apps section: Deploy and manage Office Add-ins - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn
