Recent Upgrade by MYOB Acumatica and now we cannot get our Velixo reports to work Constant error message with financial periods.
Have cleared Cache but still not working any suggestions why? Is it just us or everyone that got the upgrade

If clearing the cache:
NX:
Classic:
Followed by:
- Saving the file
- Close all open Excel instances
- Restarting Excel
- Reopening the file
- and then performing a Full Refresh:

Does not resolve the issue, I would have to suggest reaching out to [email protected] for further analysis.

Thank you - tried all of these but did not work. Our MYOBA consultant support said there was an Update to Velixo after they recently performed an Upgrade of MYOBA. So once they install that, I hope it will work.
