I'm tying to install Velixo Add in on a user's PC, and I keep getting this error message on the install. I can confirmed Trust Center is correct, no instances of Excel are open and the user is on a recent version of Excel.

Hi Claude! I assume you are trying to download the Annual build? Please try redownloading it (ensure that you see version 7.0.958 in the installer). In case the installer file is cached, please use this direct link.

Josh - this was a fresh install on a new device, which was what made it weird. But good to know for the future.

Hey Claude, I actually had to go into the users AppData folder and delete the whole Velixo folder to eliminate my old version. This corrected it.

That newer verison worked. Weird that the link in Annual gave me the older build. Thanks for the help.
