Our latest Velixo NX version: 2024.7 has just been released!
You may already have read the release notes from the Product announcement email we sent out a few days ago, but in this post, we summarize all the new enhancements.
Note: As always, if you had already installed Velixo NX, then your version has automatically been updated (but you may still have to restart Excel by closing all Excel workbooks).
The biggest additions and enhancements:
New Refresh experience, requested by a community member, the new Refresh button gives you more control over your refreshes by allowing you to either refresh your current sheet, your current workbook or all workbooks. This feature therefore significantly enhances usability and performance.
New and updated Functions, functions such as SI.QUERYLOOKUP (Sage Intacct) or PROJECTCOMMITTEDCHANGEORDERAMOUNT (Acumatica) have been introduced, and many more have been enhanced. See our release notes for more details.
Sage Intacct Generic Writeback is now officially supported. We fixed several issues since releasing it as Beta in NX 2024.4! Users can now create, update, recreate, create or update and delete records in any Object. More info on this function can be found here.
Automatic Attachments for Distribution List (Sage Intacct), we added support for retrieving and including attachments (stored in Sage Intacct) during the report distribution in PDF format, using 2 new functions: SI.GETATTACHMENTS and SI.GETATTACHMENTSBYID. This feature is especially useful for scenarios such as: substantiated billing or draw requests.
