You are seeing this panel because you or another user in your organization has enabled the Velixo NX add-in, typically used by Mac or Excel Online users.

Your computer already has Velixo "Classic" for Windows installed and therefore does not require this panel to be loaded.

To resolve, please simply close the panel and use the tab named "Velixo" (or, on older Velixo "Classic" versions, having your ERP name, e.g. Acumatica or MYOB Advanced):

Do not use Velixo NX's button on the Home tab because NX does not load when Velixo "Classic" is installed:
