How to provide feedback or open a support ticket with Velixo

As always, you can send an email to [email protected]. That will go directly to our Support Desk.

You also have an option from directly within our online Help Center.

At the bottom right of this page, you should see a chat bubble button that looks like this:

(not the actual button - just an image of what to look for)

Upon clicking that button a chat widget will open.

Inside, you will see a button called "Start new conversation" - click that and you'll be able to reach out to us!

The system will ask for your email address so that we can respond to you. It is also helpful if you tell us your name. That way, we can respond to you personally (rather than referring to you as an email address)
